The use of Viscoat viscoelastic solution in the initial phases of surgery takes advantage of the solution's tissue protection properties.
Polymer Composition 3% sodium hyaluronate, 4% chondroitin sulfate.
Resting State Viscosity 40,000 ± 20,000 cps (at shear rate of 2 sec-1, 25° C).
