Most orders placed before 1:30 pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day. Orders may be held for credit reasons, temperature constraints or backorders. If you do not receive your order within 5 business days and have not been notified of a hold, please contact an MHC Sales Representative at (813) 502-5869 and we can track your order.

Do not return any products without a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Items returned without an RMA number may not receive credit.

Transaction History is a statement that details all information on all transactions for a product starting with the manufacturer.

Transaction Information includes the established name or names of the product, the strength and dosage form of the product, the national drug codes, the container, the number of containers, the lot number of the product, the date of the transaction, the date of the shipment.

We include T3 paperwork with all shipments that are required.
