These reusable hot/cold gel packs are ideal for recurring hot and cold therapy needs. One-sided insulation directs therapy to the intended area while reducing temperature loss. For cold usage, store the pack in a freezer for approximately 2 hours before application. For hot therapy, warm the pack in a microwave according to the instructions printed on the package.
